We kick off every new year with this contest.
It’s pretty simple…you do at least 10 minutes of Pilates in a day and you’ll get a cute sticker posted on the big old fashioned wall chart we use to track progress. At the end of January, those who who have the most stickers win a special prize.

Where and how you get it done is up to you, but if you need some help or inspiration we can help.
Here are some ideas:
- Do your Mat work, if you already know it.
- Ask Teresa for a list, we can send you home with a workout card.
- Ask your teacher to set an at home program for you to practice. Record it on your phone or write it down during your sessions.
- Follow a video. We recommend Teresa’s Posture Clinic or Lori’s Pilates Skills for Life on Pilatesology
- Follow along with a book. We recommend Return to Life by Joe Pilates or The Pilates Body by Brooke Siler. Both books have a list of the mat exercises.
