Workshop: Anatomy in Motion
Presented by Lori Coleman-Brown
3:00-5:00 PM $150.00
Lori will present relevant anatomy of the feet, elbows, pelvis and the neck. And she’ll focus on one or two specific areas depending on the interests of the group. She’ll dive into specific details including; the body’s natural abilities, its structure, common holding patterns, hypermobility, and tightness. Participants will practice simple Pilates exercises with guided concentration to deepen their ability to embody their anatomy.

Advanced Curriculum Seminar: Weaving the Web

The Advanced Seminar provides essential techniques for building a sustainable Pilates practice that is compelling, athletic, and Fun!
Explore advanced Pilates exercises and how to weave them into clients’ programs by connecting the dots between the Advanced exercises and the skills learned in Fundamentals and Intermediate levels.
Practice increased awareness, balance, and control and learn techniques to develop power, endurance, and release in proportion to the body’s needs. And above all, learn to cultivate healthy balanced Pilates habits while challenging yourself.

Personalized Privates and Semi-Privates with Lori and Atlas Pilates staff instructors are available by appointment.
Availability is limited. Please indicate your interest in the enrollment form and detail any of your preferred days.
These Seminars are open to Pilates teachers who’ve studied in other reputable programs, as well as individual Pilates practitioners who have sufficient experience. All prospective enrollment is subject to approval by Lori Coleman-Brown.
Cancelation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that mean you will be unable to attend an event and you’ll need to cancel. You must notify us in writing of your intent to cancel. We prefer that you use the contact form on our website or send us an email. If you cancel up to ten (10) days before the event, your payment, minus a $100.00 cancellation charge will be refunded. If your cancellation is received ten (10) days or less before the event, Atlas Pilates will make a good-faith effort to fill your spot with another participant from our waitlist. If we fill the spot, we will refund your payment minus a $100.00 cancellation charge. If we are unable to fill the spot, then your payment will not be refunded. Atlas Pilates refunds payments to the default payment card on your account in our system. Atlas Pilates may cancel or reschedule any event at any time without liability to registrants except for full refund of tendered payment. Atlas Pilates will make a concerted effort to notify you immediately of any cancellations or schedule changes.
