Pilates Instructor – Seattle
Atlas Pilates is looking for a qualified professional Pilates instructor to join our join our teaching staff.
This is a rare opportunity to work with our globally-renowned teacher-trainer Lori Coleman-Brown, and our other highly experienced teachers (some of whom who trained directly with Romana Kryzanowska, herself a protégée of Joe Pilates).

The ideal candidate is someone who loves to move, has a passion for Pilates, and are a curious, open-minded, lifelong learner with a sense of humor and patience, who enjoys connecting with people of all ages and conditions.
Our Pilates teachers come from many backgrounds including the arts, education and athletics, and we’re always willing to make an investment in the continued Pilates training of a person with the right qualities.
All of our staff are employees, not contractors, who teach Pilates in our clean, fully equipped studio which was designed and built solely for Pilates workouts and our independent Pilates teacher training program.

We manage the marketing, advertising, and appointment setting to keep schedules full and optimized for the benefit of both clients and teachers. Plus, we value our teacher’s time, meaning you’ll get paid when a client late cancels or there’s a scheduling error. We also offer networking opportunities, through exposure to other Pilates professionals from all over the world who travel to our studio to participate in our popular seminars and workshops, and social events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year Associate’s Degree
- Minimum 500-hour comprehensive Pilates training from a reputable school
- Currently reside in or willing to relocate to Seattle
Duties:
- Maintain a regular schedule of 15-30 hours per week
- Teach Private and Semi-Private Pilates sessions and small group classes
- Conduct sessions online and in-studio
- Be a curious, lifelong learner who loves to move and enjoys people
- Maintain a consistent personal Pilates practice
