A Six Month Program Consisting of Three Weekend Workshops

A series of three exciting graduate level workshops designed exclusively for Pilates teachers who seek to broaden their perspectives and want to expand their knowledge and skills by exploring their point of view.

A Teacher Centered Approach

This program starts from the initial point of having a working set of rules of teaching Pilates according to the curriculum, and moves to more multidimensional, principles-based teaching for the purpose of reaching individuals, and progressively guiding them to meet their potential, through Pilates practice.


Program Objectives:

  • Identify and loosen tethers to rigid rules, allow yourself to look with your own eyes and trust the process
  • Be excited to walk into teaching sessions with every client type
  • Get to the root of difficult sessions by objective problem solving
  • Stretch your teacher self in a safe space with a cohort of like minded teachers
  • Develop and deepen your body literacy
  • Learn how embodiment translates to intuition and teaching wisdom
  • Develop Next-Generation Pilates Leadership

$2500.00 USD

Attendance is required in both days of all Workshops

Special Discount $325.00 for graduates 0f Atlas Pilates Teacher Training Program and Teachers who completed any previous Grad Cycle.

Admission is limited and selective in order to an ensure we have a highly experienced and productive small cohort.

Prospective Graduate students are required to submit a complete written Application. Applicants are admitted solely at the discretion of Lori Coleman-Brown and based on her assessment. Applicants may be asked to complete certain prerequisites, such as more frequent Pilates workouts, to prepare for the program.

Payment in full is required to secure admission.


Application: All Pilates Teachers who’ve graduated from a reputable comprehensive Pilates teacher training program, and have experience teaching Pilates, will be considered.

February 1st & 2nd, 2025

  • Learn techniques to create a safe learning environment
  • Practice non-judgmental communication by giving and receiving objective feedback from peers
  • Analyze the rules you teach with to see what’s true and useful for you now
  • Explore the broad list of Pilates exercises and expand your point of view
  • Find freedom and space for yourself by teaching clients to be more focused and independent
  • Redefine “performance” in order to cultivate diverse authentic Pilates movers
  • Learn how establishing goals leads to flexibility in exercise execution and session design
  • Relate exercises to daily functional activities
  • Make your current “Director’s Cut” of Pilates Principles from the extended list
  • Clarify knowledge bases

Part II: Connect With Your Clients And Yourself

April 5th & 6th, 2025

  • Explore how to see with your whole teaching body
  • Sharpen your teaching skills according to what your client needs, wants and are able to engage
  • Open the channels of communication, stay focused on results, and maintain healthy boundaries
  • Find curiosity and delight while allowing the many changes – expected and unexpected – that result from your teaching
  • Continue to develop objectivity through critical thinking, feeling and teaching
  • Explore how to regulate your nervous system with deliberate placement of the mind in the body
  • Explore how to rotate and calibrate teaching challenges for continuous skill development
  • Teach clearly in different voices

Part III: Leadership

June 7th & 8th, 2025

  • Unlock the possibilities of the whole curriculum for every client
  • Deepen hands on pairing techniques
  • Skillfully identify and follow unspoken leads to design magical sessions
  • Explore how to align your clients needs with your interests by using themes and pivots
  • Learn how to learn from your clients while maintaining leadership
  • Grow your ability to learn from yourself by using Formative and Summative Assessments
  • Deepen embodiment

Cancellation and Refunds Policy:

To secure registration, invoice must be paid completely. Program admission is selective and limited, and likely to sell out. Registration is not secured until paid in full.

All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing. If a written cancellation request is not received by January 1st, 2025, the registration fee will not be refunded in whole or in part. A 75% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received prior to January 1st, 2025. No refunds will be granted if the request is received after January 1st, 2025. Any cancellation request received after January 1st, 2025 due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the management of Atlas Pilates LLC.

If the event is cancelled in the entirety by Atlas Pilates and/or Lori Coleman-Brown, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%), otherwise cancellation by the host will be prorated by the whole day of any cancelled days.
