Join us for an enriching weekend dedicated to practicing and learning the foundational exercises and principles and on the apparatus conceived by Joe Pilates. Experience the transformative power of Pilates on your mind, body, and spirit as we delve into his vision for returning to life.
You will find ways to energize yourself whether you are in the client or teacher role. You’ll review exercises on all major Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Electric Chair, Wunda Chair, High Barrel, and Low Barrel.
We will share our vision for how to teach the foundational work to each other and to our clients in a way that invites engagement and inspires enthusiastic embrace of the exercises while fostering a desire for repetition rather than just endurance.

The Advanced Seminar provides essential techniques for building a sustainable Pilates practice that is compelling, athletic, and Fun!
Explore advanced Pilates exercises and how to weave them into clients’ programs by connecting the dots between the Advanced exercises and the skills learned in Fundamentals and Intermediate levels.
Practice increased awareness, balance, and control and learn techniques to develop power, endurance, and release in proportion to the body’s needs. And above all, learn to cultivate healthy balanced Pilates habits while challenging yourself.
We offer several enrollment options to meet individual needs
Pilates Sessions
Opportunities are available for Private lessons, Semi-Private sessions, and group classes. Pilates with Lori and Atlas Pilates staff instructors are booked separately. Please indicate your interest in the application.
