Produced and Presented by Lori Coleman-Brown
This annual series of weekend workshops are produced for students enrolled in Atlas Pilates Teacher Training Program. The seminars are open to and popular with professional Pilates instructors who want refine their teaching skills, refresh their Pilates knowledge, and get inspired among like-minded learners in a supportive environment. We also welcome a few experienced Pilates practitioners looking to deepen their individual Pilates practice and explore the possibility of become a teacher.
We welcome teachers who’ve studied in other reputable programs, but all prospective enrollment is subject to approval by Lori Coleman-Brown who sets high standards and is concerned with assembling a productive and engaged cohort.
Only enrolled students in our teacher training program are expected to commit to all three seminars. Others may register for any – or all – of the three weekends.

Pilates Fundamentals Seminar
October 19 & 20th, 2024
The Pilates Fundamentals Seminar is an essential resource for individuals aspiring to become Pilates teachers, practitioners wanting to understand the work better, and a refresher course to inspire the work of current teachers.

Intermediate Systems Seminar
January 11th & 12th, 2025
In this second weekend workshop in our progressive series we’ll go beyond the Fundamentals. We’ll review and practice the classic intermediate exercises, work on teaching skills, learn to combine exercises into workouts, learn to recognize client engagement, and discuss the five parts of the mind and their influence on human potential.

Advanced Seminar
April 26th & 27th, 2025
In our Advanced Seminar, we’ll explore the advanced material and how it can be woven into complete programs for individuals. We’ll analyze the exercises, discuss the goals for each exercise and look closely at how the advanced exercises are related to previous skills learned in Fundamentals and Intermediate.
