A Deep Dive into Pilates Teaching
A Six Month Program Consisting of Three Weekend Workshops
A series of three exciting graduate level workshops designed exclusively for Pilates teachers who seek to broaden their perspectives and want to expand their knowledge and skills by exploring their point of view.

A Teacher Centered Approach
This program starts from the initial point of knowing the rules of teaching Pilates according to the curriculum, and moves to more multidimensional, principles-based teaching for the purpose of reaching individuals, and progressively guiding them to meet their potential, through Pilates practice.
“If you’re looking to become a more confident teacher, to recharge your own battery with every session you teach, and want to unlock more possibilities of the curriculum, I’ve developed this Graduate Cycle especially for you.”
Lori Coleman-Brown
