Hannah Rae

Hannah Rae, Seattle Pilates TeacherHannah graduated from University of Washington in 2014 with a BA in Dance and Creative Studies. She immediately transitioned into an apprenticeship at Atlas Pilates, where she found that the discipline and practice from her personal dance training and teaching gave her a strong base on which to build her personal Pilates practice and teaching skills.

She finds joy in the Pilates Method, not only through the positive results she sees in clients, but through the benefits and personal development she has enjoyed. Her physical strength has increased as well her mental will, balance, and confidence.

Hannah makes a great addition to our talented team of instructors not only because she’s had the benefit of learning from Lori Coleman-Brown every day, but also because of her ability to personally connect with people and to tailor the way she works with each individual client based on their personality and individual goals.

Hannah continues to be involved in the Seattle dance scene. You can see her perform in Kaitlin McCarthy’s upcoming evening length premier of “Eight Abigails” at Velocity Dance Center or check her out this holiday season in the critically acclaimed and hilarious “Buttcracker”.
