Atlas Pilates instruction continues the life’s work of Joseph H. Pilates. In our studio, the method is taught in the same way Pilates trained his own clients, and passed down from “Pilates Elders” Romana Kryzanowska and Jay Grimes. Our instructors apprenticed and were certified in a formal program established by teachers who learned directly from Joseph Pilates and who wanted to maintain and extend his legacy.
